Yes. Your message of up to 2 lines of 60 characters can be entered online during the check out process, and will be printed on the shipping label.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order which can be used as a receipt. There will also be a packing ship enclosed in the shipment.

You can ship to multiple locations, however, each shipping location has to have a separate order. Simply go to www.marketdaydirect.com and place another order with a new delivery location.

Yes. There are several delivery options – Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. These options can be selected when placing your order. There is an additional charge for 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Please review the shipping table on the website under shipping for exact charges for express delivery.

FYI, depending on the state you are shipping the product to, the express delivery options may not be available to you. This is due to ground shipping may be the fastest delivery option to your state.

We cannot ship fruit to Arizona due to the fact that they have specific regulations for their state regarding phytosanitary conditions (i.e. insects). They require each package to be inspected at an inspection point before it can be delivered. This could take several days, in the meantime, the fruit would spoil and we would miss our promised delivery date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Using this number you can log onto www.fedex.com or www.ups.com to determine the status of your shipment. Fruit is sent via UPS; all other shipments are sent FedEx.

If you have not receive your tracking number via e-mail, please can call our toll-free customer service number at (877) 632-7753 and we will provide you with a FedEx and/or UPS tracking number.

You can also call FedEx at (800) 463-3339 or UPS at (800) 742-5877 with your tracking number or we can track your package for you.

No. FedEx and/or UPS will leave all packages at your door if no one is at home to accept delivery.
Yes. A recipient can refuse a delivery. However, Market Day must be notified by calling (877) 632-7753 in order to adjust the credit card used for payment.
All product with the exception of fruit will be delivered in a styroform cooler. Most orders should fit in one cooler, however depending on the size of the individual product boxes, more than one cooler may be used.

Premium Harvest Fruits Boxes will be delivered in a separate box since they are shipped directly from the grower.
Because fruit is shipped via UPS and other items are shipped via FedEx, you may receive shipments on different days.
To contain shipping costs and because many shipments are made to businesses which are closed on weekends, orders will not arrive on weekends, unless Saturday delivery is specified (at additional charge).

No. Deliveries will not be made on Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid product sitting over the weekend. Based on these ship days, standard deliveries can take 5-7 business days to arrive, and rush deliveries can take 3-5 business days.

When you place an order, the delivery date will be displayed during the check out process, and is based on the date ordered, shipping method, and ship-to state.
If you ordered a frozen item, your shipment will contain dry ice to preserve product freshness. Dry ice, or solid Carbon Dioxide (CO2), is extremely cold and will burn your skin upon direct contact. It will evaporate quickly and may evaporate completely during transit. However, if some dry ice remains, please handle with care by wearing heavy insulated gloves and leaving the remaining dry ice in the cooler with the lid closed, allowing it to evaporate. Keep all dry ice out of reach of children and animals. The polybag the dry ice is in contains a warning label about the hazards of handling dry ice.

All orders are shipped via FedEX Ground, with the exception of fruit. Fruit is sent via UPS. If you ordered both frozen items and fruit, please note that they will be shipped separately and may arrive a few days apart.
Your order, with the exception of fruit, will be packed with dry ice in a reusable, insulated cooler. This method ensures that your products are frozen and in excellent condition upon arrival. Fruit is sent in a separate shipment and is packed in a corrugated box. Our fruit is shipped directly from the grower to ensure freshness.
